The Sunshine Coast U15 Girls Volleyball team fought their way to victory with a straight five-game win to take the silver medal at the BC Girls Volleyball Provincials in Abbotsford on April 26 and 27.
In the sixth and final game, they lost in the third set to place second.
The girls had been training twice a week for months under coach Jan Fitzsimmons who also recruited two assistant coaches, Don Jordon and Chris Morse.
