We were in a very remote, rocky treed area around Homesite Creek. Medical equipment had to be hiked in and our friend was carried out on a stretcher to the waiting air ambulance that had managed to perch on a somewhat clear rock.

All displayed a high level of professionalism. Carrying over 200 pounds of weight, plus equipment over such physically-demanding terrain was extremely difficult. To all involved, our friend is now recovering in a Vancouver Hospital.
