Shocked is a big word, but on a recent round trip to Powell River, I was shocked to see how many Sunshine Coast drivers were talking on cellular phones, in plain view.
Having lost a life-long best friend to a distracted driver in August, this was particularly offensive to me.
I really should have stopped at the RCMP office in Sechelt to express my concern, but probably would not have been very polite.
Is that area of the province exempt from the law for some reason?
