Ben Ingram in his Views column greets us with Happy Holidays. In case you had not noticed, it's Christmas, regardless of race, colour or creed. Why on earth are we so afraid of offending someone, as you appear to be?
It's us who should be offended that others do not acknowledge Christmas. So call it what it is.
I call it Diwali, Eid or Hanukkah and am not offended, and I expect reciprocal treatment. It's been Christmas since the year dot, and everyone should call it that.
