I feel that the Havies development will change the character of Davis Bay forever. I do not think that the people of Davis Bay have been included in the process of Havies Development. The letter that the community association sent out was good but then no follow up? We are talking about row housing that will make part of Davis Bay look like Brooklyn, NY. I asked the community association if they could start a petition on the approval of this housing. I got no answer. After their first letter they have been very quiet, but the people in my neighborhood have not been quiet on the Havies catastrophe.
There are a lot of strong feelings about this subject in Davis Bay. How do people feel about this little Brooklyn in their back yard?
I am upset about this development with almost no feedback from the Davis Bay people.
I have been talking to people in Davis Bay who want input on this project that could change everyone’s life.
Anyway I have spent my dime and now it is up to the community association to take on this project.
The people of Davis Bay are very upset about the horror show in their backyard!
