I feel compelled to write this letter regarding the new changes that will be coming to Roberts Creek if the new zoning that is being proposed is successful.
I live in the immediate area of where this is being proposed and am not happy with any of it. Neither should other fellow neighbours who live in Roberts Creek. If this gets pushed through, your neighbourhood could be next.
A precedent will be set and anyone who appreciates what we have in Roberts Creek should understand how this would change our unique and wonderful lifestyle.
I am not against artists at all, but this is my home for my family and I am against having to deal with commercial endeavours that infringe on my quality of home life and the safety of all of us.
If you wish to have a commercial gallery, then go and get commercial space that is properly zoned for your use.
