Cats must be leashed! Not only do they kill each other as reported on your front page, but they kill a minimum of 50 million birds each year in Canada. It is time to stop “pussy-footing” around this “catastrophe.” Whether we call them cougars or Purrsians, they must be collared. A licence fee could be introduced in the name of “birdmanity.”
If any cat should be found unlicensed, it should be “culled” … nine times.
