A five-hour and 25-minute wait for my family travelling from Langdale to Horseshoe Bay! One on a motorcycle – he didn’t have to wait. My daughter’s friend, who was a passenger in her car, could walk on, but my daughter drove home to Davis Bay to try again the next morning. My husband had to sit in his truck and wait out this outrageous, asinine buffoonery at the hands of the “Almighty BC Ferries.” I am now most definitely in favour of a bridge! Just watch BC Ferries’ hijinks to recruit passengers to support the bigwigs and their atrocious salaries when this happens. Shame on the “Almighty BC Ferries” for holding us hostage!
