Recently we heard Pamela Goldsmith-Jones, the former mayor of West Van and unfortunately our MP, rationalize why Canada should sell armoured vehicles to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The medieval Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the most despicable nations on earth. Christians are persecuted there, women suppressed, and political dissenters are publicly executed. Canada should be ashamed of itself for arming such a nation, which will then use our weapons to persecute another nation, Yemen.
Meanwhile in the Middle East, Canada plays its American lackey role in Syria, helping the U.S. to overthrow Assad and destroy that country for challenging the American petrodollar by having the uppity audacity to agree to creating an Iranian Iraqi Syrian pipeline. In contrast to Saudi Arabia, Assad’s Syria actually did respect minorities, religious liberty and women’s rights. If this sounds like alternative blog conspiracy theory, we also read in the New York Times this week how Saudi Arabia threatens to sell its U.S. Treasury Bonds if its role in 9/11 is examined.
Goldsmith-Jones’ abetting Middle East murder with her “bla bla” rationalizations of Liberal policies in Syria and Saudi Arabia are a disgrace to Sunshine Coasters. Likewise the silly Middle East fairy tale narratives concocted by mainstream media like the CBC with its creampuff questions for Goldsmith-Jones on the issue, shows why many now reject silly TV news for online sources.
