Amazing! The letter to the editor from Gale Tyler about ferry abuse last week (“An abusive situation”) is a dead ringer for one I wrote to you, and to BC Ferries, three years ago. This week, trying to get back from Vancouver specialists’ appointments around 2:50 p.m., on two separate occasions, I waited a total of five hours and 24 minutes. The abuse goes on and on and on. I know, just don’t leave the Coast!
