I am concerned that the SCRD board is putting the cart before the horse with the issue of water meters. I think they are a good idea but a little premature. The board should be scrambling as fast as possible to increase water storage capacity. Climate change means just that. Imagine having two or three years in a row of low snowpack and hot dry summers, as is the case in California. Having water meters and no water is not a pleasant option.
