I hear we are at Stage 4 water restrictions. To Sechelt council I say: Build a reservoir. We have enough water that pours upon us to service a small country. Don’t punish us by spending your money on water meters. We do our part with brown lawns and Stages 1,2, 3. Use the money and build a reservoir to catch all the water that pours down eight months of the year. We elected you to be smart and help us, not punish us.
