The following letter was sent to the District of Sechelt and copied to Coast Reporter. Dear sirs: I want to express my thanks for the maintenance and expansion of the green spaces and gardens in our Village.

Editor: It's appalling that our Canadian government is in lock-step with our U.S. counterparts, in slowly destroying all the freedoms and liberties that took many lives and many years to build.

Editor: We have received reports of an individual canvassing door-to-door collecting donations for the BC SPCA. At this time, the BC SPCA has not made contact with this individual.
