Wolves continued chewing through the competition, as the Pender Harbour Bananas were the latest squad to have their entrails ripped out by the victory-ravenous Wolves in a 7-0 rout.

However, like Connor McLeod's near-death return after battling the Fraziers in The Highlander, Walker is still very much alive, back bellowing in his incoherent brogue at teammates, refs and opponents alike, and scoring hat tricks, as Ridgepoint edged Bulldogs 4-3.
Halfmoon Bay kept coming on in a 2-0 win over the Sechelt Chiefs with two scored with surgical precision from Jesse Morantz. He could have scored four if not for getting tripped up and being unable to shake his shadow, Thomas Bidding.
George Cutherbertson picked up another shutout.
Sitas put on a fine-dining performance in their 1-0 win over CPU. Sitas did this with no Tony Duffy, Dave Nanson or Rich Getzkow, just Neville Judd in midfield pulling strings and making passes to his supporting cast. Judd's perfectly paced pass through CPU's defence, but not to its keeper, allowed Ian Armstrong to run on and tuck it nicely into the side mesh for the lone goal.
In women's league play, the upstart Banana Peppers were shown that the league's long-time ladies still have moves as Sitas and Source both edged them by a goal. Brooke Nattal and Jennifer Smith hit the mesh, but an unlucky rebound from the B-Peps' keeper hustling back to her box gave Sitas the win.
Meanwhile Ya Yas got right back on their bike after going over the handlebars with Sitas last week, in a 4-1 win over Blazers, with Rita Paulson putting in a pair with singles from Kari Dixon and Louise Little.
Come Sunday, though, the Blazers were back in a 1-0 win over Sitas with a smart little goalmouth smack from Jacquie Ostrosky.
