TOC hosts gear swap
Do you have unused outdoor gear sitting in your basement?
If so, then the Tetrahedron Outdoor Club (TOC) can help you get rid of the gear as they are hosting their third annual outdoor gear swap on Sunday, Nov. 20, from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Davis Bay Community Hall. This event gets bigger and better every year, as outdoor enthusiasts line up to score bargains on equipment for their favourite activities.
Sellers of gear may either rent a table for $5 and stay until their gear is sold for a price they determine, or donate it to the TOC that will sell it on their behalf.
If you have used gear to donate, you can drop it off at Alpha Adventures in the Wilson Creek Mall before Nov. 19.
