The Sunshine Coast Minor Hockey Association is excited to host eight Atom C teams and eight Peewee C Teams at the second annual Sunshine Coast Winter Classic Jan. 9 to 11.
More than 250 players and their families from across the Lower Mainland will arrive on the Sunshine Coast for some tough competition on the ice next Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
This tournament was so popular it was left with many teams on the waiting list, as teams clamoured to spend their weekend on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Join us in welcoming all these new visitors and come watch them play some fast paced competitive hockey games at both Gibsons and Sechelt arenas.
The action begins with games at both arenas at 6 and 7:30 p.m. on Friday night. Games run at both rinks on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9:15 p.m. with Sunday games at both rinks from 8 a.m. until 5:15 p.m.
