The Sunshine Coast Golf and Country Club held its annual junior club championships under sunny skies Aug. 23/24.
Fourteen juniors competed across two age divisions in a stroke play format.
The 13 and under age group (divot division) played 18 holes on Tuesday from the combined tees, while the 14 to 18 year olds played 36 holes from the white tees.
Congratulations to this year's champions: Connor Richey, junior boys club champion (76-72, 148 gross); Dallas Colpitts, junior boys net champion (68-73, 141 net); and Kyle Bergh, junior divot champion (80 gross). Congratulations also to the runners-up: Andrew Strom (gross runner up), Alex Monkman (low net runner up) and Cam McAllister (divot division runner up).
