Sunshine Coast RCMP reported the following for Feb. 22 to March 1: On Feb. 22, a shoplifter was caught at a business in the 4300 block of Highway 101 after she left the business with unpaid-for merchandise in a backpack.

Feschuk re-elected Chief

Chief Garry Feschuk was re-elected for a new three-year term following Sechelt Indian Band elections last Saturday night. Feschuk beat out other candidates Randy Joe and Warren Paull.
