Sunshine Coast RCMP are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a thief who stole a large charcoal grey Urban Bondfire brand partition planter from a retail store in the 5500 block of Wharf Avenue in Sechelt.
The planter, which weighs approximately 250 pounds, combined with the four bags of sand it holds, was stolen July 1 at 10:30 p.m.
The theft was caught on video and shows a male using a dolly to steal the planter and then walk away northbound on Wharf Avenue.
