Chatelech Secondary is proud of our athletes who competed at the provincials in ski and snowboard at Sun Peaks resort, and wrestling provincials on the North Shore last week. In wrestling, Coen Enthoven competed against a strong field of competitors and finished sixth in the province! A big thank you to Eric Sullivan for his coaching support this season.
In ski and snowboard, all members had strong races with the boys' team finishing third overall spearheaded by the amazing result by Grade 10 student Thomas Kerr, who placed second in the giant slalom and is the provincial champion in terrain giant slalom. Great work by all team members: August Denham, Beckett Garden, Kannan Herrington, Thomas Kerr, Miller Keays, Martin Krutsky, Ella Rose, Henry Rose, Tysier Schutz and Carson Summers. We also want to recognize the support and time of their coaches, Dave Teichrob and Tulani Pierce.
