Page books a new role with B.C. Toastmasters

Local coach and trainer Margaret Page has a busy year coming up. As of July 1, Page became the District 21 governor of Toastmasters International. Her territory covers the entire province of B.C. and includes 285 clubs and almost 5,000 members.

Sacred drum workshop returns

Back by popular demand, the Sunshine Coast Museum and Archives in Gibsons presents another sacred drum workshop next Saturday. Tsawaysia Spukwus will lead the workshop on Saturday, July 14, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the museum.
