An estimated 300 people attended the Rotary Skateboard Park grand reopening in Sechelt on Sept. 12, with more than 100 skaters demonstrating their skills. The reopening was the culmination of months of volunteer effort, with the two Rotary Clubs in Sechelt, along with local businesses and community members, working since spring to refurbish the site.
