Volunteer Garret Groeneweg washes down the concrete at the Rotary Skateboard Park as part of a major restoration effort by the two Rotary clubs in Sechelt. On a recent weekend a team of socially-distanced Rotarians stepped up to clean and patch the concrete and slash the blackberry vines that were hiding the large identification and donor signs. The park and its surroundings had fallen into disrepair and so the District of Sechelt asked Rotary to help rejuvenate it to encourage more people to use this hidden gem.
