The Rotary Club of Pender Harbour sponsored seven students of Team Irene Longboarding to obtain their level one first aid tickets. The course was held at the Garden Bay firehall on Sunday, June 1. Paramedic Doug House customized the course for the longboarders, to deal with accidents related to their sport. Lucy Archbold from PH Rotary club is presenting House with a cheque for the course.
