The Harbour Gallery will open for a special Christmas sale this Saturday, Dec. 19 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The beautiful masterpieces, framed works, cards and creations in many mediums are not just wonderful gifts but keepsake treasures for your home. 

The Bargain Barn’s last day for 2020 is Saturday, Dec. 19 at the Legion, noon to 3 p.m. The special sales event for their final day – Fill A Brown Bag for $5 – is irresistible! The Barn will reopen in February 2021. 

The Polar Express competition for the best decorated home is heating up! As there is not a tour bus this year, please send an email to [email protected] with the address of a spectacular Christmas display you have seen. Do not be shy – it could be your own dazzling display, so please submit. 

“Spreading Kindness” is the theme of the community fundraiser spearheaded by Lyn Charlton. Donations will benefit locals with essentials at Christmas and throughout the year. On Dec. 17 Staff Sgt. Poppy Hallam was set to meet with our Chamber of Commerce members delving into the business side of the RCMP. Hopefully, our current crime wave will be business discussed and some plan of action formulated. In the meantime, we good folks are the custodians of our fine community. Report and communicate with each other about our sightings and concerns. Facebook site Pender Harbour Uncut has shared important local info on disturbing crimes and scams.
