The Gibsons Paddle Club, represented by the Tuesday Friendly Crew, celebrated Canada Day appropriately after their morning paddle. In front of Winegarden Park the flotilla rafted up, unfurled the Canadian Flag and gave a rousing rendition of O Canada for the folks in the Park, and those enjoying a walk on the Sea Wall.
