Members of Gibsons’ Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue (RCM-SAR) Station 14 – from left: Greg Grant, David MacDonad, Rick Cloherty, Neil Ripley and Chad Plunkett – and their colleagues hosted an open house for their new boat on Sept. 10 at the Gibsons Wharf. The $385,000 boat is a Falkin Class Type 1 fast response vessel made by Titan specifically for the Coast Guard.
