Marc was born in Charlottetown, PEI on May 29, 1951, and passed away too soon on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024, at the age of 72. Marc was a successful Realtor in Vancouver and on the Sunshine Coast for 40 years. He loved meeting people and helping them to buy and sell homes.

Marc was a family man who enjoyed entertaining; he cherished the many get togethers over the years with family and friends. Many good parties were held on our Ranch Road deck in Roberts Creek while watching gorgeous sunsets over to Vancouver Island.

Marc will be missed immensely by his wife Corinne Stones, his children Jessica McBeth (granddaughter Koyia McBeth), Kimberly Goodwin, Christopher Goodwin and stepson Clayton Jones (wife Ariana Paulson) and close friends Paul Jolliffe and Bernie Ramm as well as extended family and all who knew him. Also missed by pandemic pets, puppy Happy, and kitties Elliott and Eli. A shout out to his barber Theo “Theo’s Barber Stories” in Lower Gibsons who always made him feel like a million bucks.

The family would like to give a big thank you to Dr. Simon Reznick for his exceptional care over the years and to his medical teams at Sechelt Hospital, Lions Gate Hospital, VGH Hospital and St. Paul’s Hospital. You all rock!

In Marc’s honour, grab a glass and toast:

“Arriba, abajo, al centro, pa’dentro!”  translated,

“to my friends” …

“You are never above me, never below me,

never away from me and always with me.”

 No funeral by request.
