Beloved Grace's life began in Ontario, from which she set out as a young woman to Vancouver seeking new adventure, her Grade 8 piano and obstetric nursing certificates in hand, to embark on a nursing career.
After marrying and having children, she helped run the family businesses, Kucher's Drugs and Lonsdale Pharmacy, for many years. Her next career selling cameras ignited her love of photography. She then became a successful realtor on the North Shore. After retiring, she moved to Gibsons and founded a Sweet Adelines Chapter, enriching many lives and making many dear friends. Grace was predeceased by her son Ray, and is survived by her daughters Cathy (Bob) and Merrill, as well as grandchildren Colin, Duncan, Reagan, Clara, and great-grandchildren Avery, Sami, Jack, Evie, and Stella.
