Lived by the saying "work hard,play hard".
Cathi was born in Chemainus to Vivian and Raymond Chamberlin. Cathi was the third born child out of four (Ray, Cheri, Cathi and Craig). Her family made the move to Gibsons in her 11th year of high school. Cathi met and married Bruce Wallis right after graduation. They were happily married for 56 years. They had two children, Darren (Melinda) and Kevin (Catherine) and six grandchildren, Cody, Nathan, Jane, Emma Paul and Kiki.
Cathi loved the house they built in Gibsons. She also had a passion for travel and did so often. While travelling she would collect Santa items (her favourite) from all over the world.
Cathi would light up when she had her family around and would brag about us with anyone who would listen.
Say "Hi" to dad for us mom and enjoy all the cinnamon buns you can.
Celebration of life will be held June 22, 2024 from noon to 3pm at the 101 Distillery in Gibsons.
