Experience Sechelt Village at the eighth annual Thursday Night Market. Starting June 20 and running until Aug. 29 on Thursdays from 5:30 to 9 p.m., the Night Market, presented by Sechelt merchants and the Downtown Business Association, will continue to offer local musical talent, vendors, children's activities, a barbecue cook-off (on July 11), pet night (July 18), raffles, 50/50 draws, free draws and more community involvement than ever.
The evening themes of Night Market will focus on local business. Many businesses will become involved this year and attendees will have an opportunity to browse and shop. Sidewalk sales and a fashion show are planned during the summer.
In essence, the Night Market offers something for everyone in the community. Come on down and get involved, meet your neighbours, greet our tourists and patronize local businesses.
