Children in Sechelt were excited to meet the “Lions Easter Bunnies” on Sunday, April 4. The Bunnies handed out chocolate and candy at a drive-through event held at Chatelech Secondary School. Nearly 200 children were driven to the event and in an inventive means of social distancing, candy was passed through car windows using lacrosse sticks. On Easter Monday, chocolate was delivered to residents of Greencourt, Shorncliffe Care Home and Totem Lodge. The Lions thank everyone who came out and the amazing volunteers and sponsors.
