Always a fantastic way to celebrate Halloween is a great night out at the Halloween Howl, this year the ninth annual, Saturday Oct. 28 brought to you by the Pender Harbour Blues Society. This costume dance party (yes, there will be prizes), will headline the fabulous Steve Kozak. Tickets are on sale now at www.phblues.ca, Java Docks and Strait Music.
The Rotary Auction is less than three weeks away, on Saturday, Nov. 4. Tickets are available at the Legion, Harbour Insurance and from any Rotarian. The $25 goes directly to the Legion for use of the facility and providing ample appetizers from 5:30 to 7 p.m. There will be a cash bar.
