The P.H. Community School offers kids’ basketball, Mondays 2:45 to 4 p.m., and kids’ baseball, Tuesdays 2:45 to 4 p.m. at Madeira Park Elementary School. Cost is $40.
The P.H. Walking Club will meet at the mailboxes at Warnock Road and Francis Peninsula, 10:30 a.m. on June 23.
The Pender Harbour Reading Centre invites you to celebrate Harbour Pub-lishing’s generosity to the Reading Centre and the broader community on Wednesday, June 24 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Pender Harbour Reading Centre and the P.H. School of Music in Madeira Park. Howard White will speak at 1 p.m. A garden party will follow.

The Pender Harbour Community Club Youth Group is cancelled for the month of June and will run the last two Fridays of the month in July and August.

The AAC will be open until Dec. 15. The Clinic is part of A GP for Me, a joint initiative of the government of B.C. and Doctors of BC that aims to strengthen the primary care system.
