On May 23, the Egmont community is having a work party to get ready for the upcoming Egmont Day celebrations. Meet at the Hall at 10 a.m. — should be a good time as always (and a good work out for sure). If you have an extra rake, shovel, bow saw, etc., bring it along. Awesome refreshments served as always.

The P.H. Community School offers kids’ baseball, Tuesdays 2:45 to 4 p.m. and kids’ basketball, Mondays, 2:45 to 4 p.m. at Madeira Park Elementary School. Cost is $40.

The Pender Harbour Women’s Connection invites you to join in Travel Tales with Léani Farquhar, illustrated with photographs and good humour, 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 26 at the School of Music.
