The fourth annual Breakfast with Santa sponsored by HMB Community School and HMB Com-munity Association will be held 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Dec. 16 at HMB Elementary School. It is a community event where everyone is welcome. There will be music and carol singing.

Tickets are $6 adults, $4 children, $20 family and include a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Tickets are at HMB Café, Welcome Woods Market, HMB General Store and in Sechelt at Pastimes Toy Store. The event is a tremendous family experience, a festive and delicious way to make this worthwhile event part of your Christmas memories, and it forms a treasured part of the history of Halfmoon Bay. We hope you will attend.

The sixth annual Holiday Hustle 5k Run, Walk, Dance or Dance-walk happens on Dec. 17. This musical and Christmas-themed event is a fundraiser for the Chatelech and Elphinstone running teams, as well as a collection point for donations to the Elves Club. There will be great draw prizes, home-baked goodies, and music – bring the whole family (flat rate family entry fee). Register at www.sunshinecoast
