The new updated Halfmoon Bay Trails brochure funded by the Halfmoon Bay Citizens’ Association in partnership with the Sunshine Coast Trails Society is now available at the Halfmoon Bay General store, Welcome Woods Market, the two new kiosks at Trout Lake and Sargeant Bay and at the visitor centre in Sechelt. Look for the picture of the newly painted Welcome to Halfmoon Bay sign incorporated into the brochure. Pick up your copy soon.
The Halfmoon Bay Branch of Sunshine Coast Healthcare Auxiliary will be meeting on Monday Sept. 11 at 9:45 a.m. at Coopers Green Hall. Guests and visitors are always welcome.
Pickleball season has started and happens at Halfmoon Bay Elementary School every Wednesday at 7 p.m. All levels of play welcome. All equipment is supplied. Cost is $3. First time players are free.
Poppa Greg and the Chillin’ Dylans will be playing Oct. 21 at the Boogie, Brats and Beer event that ties in to the AppleFest celebrations. Tickets are available at Welcome Woods Market and Halfmoon Bay General store.
