Halfmoon Happenings

Halfmoon Bay

This Friday, Halfmoon Bay Community Association presents Mark Crissinger’s CD release tour. The music event is at Coopers Green Hall, April 7. Doors open at 7 p.m., show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale at Welcome Woods Store and Halfmoon Bay General Store.

Crissinger, Canadian guitarist and songwriter, has been performing in pubs, clubs, festivals and fairs since 1987 with his band. After moving to British Columbia in 2007 he began to focus on a solo career showcasing his love for song writing blues and roots music. Since then, he has released five solo albums. His one-man show features an array of crazy guitar solos and flawless looping, which has gained him popularity on the solo tour circuit. His 2015 album, Blues Expression, received great reviews and extensive airplay on blues radio programs across Canada and the U.S.

Crissinger will be joined by local favourites Joe Stanton and Simon Paradis.  Contact Stanton to see if there are any tickets left: [email protected].
