There is lots of opportunity for golf on Saturday, Sept. 19. The Halfmoon Bay Community Association Third Annual Golf Tour-nament is set for that day at the Pender Harbour Golf Course.
Shotgun start at 10 a.m. $60 entry gets you nine holes of golf, with a power cart, lunch and prizes. Tournament is limited to the first 36 registrants. Contact Mike Gojevic at: [email protected].
The Halfmoon Bay Childcare Centre golf tournament, dinner and auction fundraiser is also on Sept. 19 at Blue Ocean Golf Club. $150 entry fee gets you 18 holes of greens fees, dinner prepared by Chef Gordon Clendenning, great prizes and a live charity auction.
