Make time to attend the Roberts Creek Christmas Craft Fair this weekend: Friday, Nov. 27, 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 28, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 29, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be over 50 artisans, handmade crafts, artisanal wares, raffles, a hot lunch and lots of baked goodies.

This Friday, Nov. 27, have a great dinner at the Roberts Creek Legion from 5:30 to 8 p.m. with live music by Pamela Messner. At 9 p.m. Jamie Bowers, who shares his virtuosity with a wink, will share his love of electric guitars. Everyone is welcome.

It is time to get your 2016 membership at the Legion. Early-bird renewal is $5 off until Nov. 30.

Catch the Craft Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Roberts Creek Legion, also on Nov. 28, with lots of fun, crafts, food and a visit from Santa at 2 p.m.

Starting at 9 p.m. at the Legion on Saturday, Nov. 28, enjoy DJs Legion of Boom.  Members and their guests welcome.

At the Gumboot Café on Saturday, Nov. 28, enjoy Erin Inglish with the Stringtown Ambassadors. Doors open 7:30 p.m. and show starts at 8 p.m. Suggested donation is $10. Gear up for the Library’s monthly book sale to be held next Saturday, Dec. 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Because of the wonderful support from the community, the library volunteers have decided to expand the hours to Sundays, beginning Jan. 10, from noon to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday hours will remain the same.

Also next Saturday, Dec. 6 at 3 p.m. at the RC Hall, enjoy Bad to the Bow with Hollylujah! – A Coast Fiddler’s Christmas. Tickets are $10 for adults; $8 for students/seniors, available at MELOmania, Gaia’s Fair Trade Gifts and the Sechelt Visitor Centre.

The Salvation Army Christmas Dinner is on Wednesday, Dec. 16 at Camp Sunrise. Many hands are still needed to help with preparation on Dec. 15. If you would like to volunteer, please call 604-885-7603.
