Just a reminder that because of Creek Daze there will not be a monthly book sale on Saturday, Sept. 5.
The folks at the library wish to thank the community for their great support of our Creek Daze book sale which they love holding and which goes a long way to making sure our little library buys as many best sellers and new kids books throughout the year as we can. Thanks to the Roberts Creek community supporters of the library.
The Roberts Creek Scout Group will hold an open house/registration night on Tuesday, Sept. 8 at 6 p.m. until 7:30 at Haida Lodge, Camp Byng (2139 Lower Road). The group offers Beaver Scouts (5-7); Cub Scouts (8-10) and Scouts (11-14) for both boys and girls. The youth enjoy the out of doors, camping, hiking, trips as well as learning to be a useful member of the community. For more information please call 604-885-2282.
