Friday, May 15 at the Roberts Creek Legion come on down for Friday Dinner and Live Music with Grant Olsen from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Immediately following is Friday Night Live with Brett Wildeman, Pamela Messner, Brandon Belluz and Susann Richter with the music beginning at 8 p.m. Accompanied minors are welcome during dinner hours, 5:30 to 8 p.m.
The annual sunflower seedlings fundraiser hosted by Grandmothers and GrandOthers will be held this Saturday, May 16 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1163 Cedar Grove Rd. in Roberts Creek. All proceeds to the Stephen Lewis Foundation.

Sunshine Coast Shroom (Society for the Hunting, Recognition and Observation of Mushrooms) presents Lawrence Millman on Saturday May 16 at 7 p.m. at the Sechelt Library. His topic is How to Get Rid of Evil Spirits: The Uses of Fungi by Northern Native People. Admission is free.
