It’s Bazaar time! After a three-year hiatus the SC Grandmothers and Grand Others will be out in full force this Saturday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Roberts Creek Hall. Tables will be piled high with treasures – all either handmade, recycled or upcycled. For sale will be our famous jams and pies, white elephant and silent auction goods, children’s toys and books, adult books, jewellery, plus handmade knits and crafts. Quilters and crafters will love our huge supply of fabrics available at very good prices.

In the hall kitchen we will be serving up homemade soup with fresh baked scones, coffee and slices of pie.

Admission by donation. Door prize is a gorgeous seasonal wreath.

All proceeds are donated to the Stephen Lewis Foundation to support their work with African Grandmothers who are raising a generation of children orphaned by AIDS.  More at sunshinecoastgrandmothers.weebly.com.
