The Blue Ocean 9 Hole Ladies Club is very happy to celebrate the 2022 winners list and photo. With over 95 members in our group this year, we are again the largest league in the history of the golf course. This year’s championship was played in two days of a front nine and a back nine round. Our overall low gross champion was Debbie Hutchison and the overall low net prize winner was Sue Cmolik. Flight 1 (HCP 16-28) Low Gross winner was Ellen Shynuk, Low Net was Sue Inglis. Flight 2 (HCP 29-31) Low Gross winner was Karen Cawsey, Low Net was Catherine Cooper. Flight 3 (HCP 32-35) Low Gross winner was Andrea McDonald, Low Net winner was Lou Johnston. Flight 4 (36+) Low Gross winner was Penny Dunford and the Low Net winner was Kiyo Greer. KPs went to Louise Tarves (2), Judy Marusiak and Sandra Glover. We enjoyed great weather, many laughs, much fun and frivolity throughout the year. Our year end luncheon was held on Sept. 28 with Chef Alan Barnes donating his cooking expertise to provide a wonderful dining experience with the help of Andrea McDonald!
