Oct. 29 was a glorious fall day and volunteers from the Gibsons Garden Club swarmed the Shirley Macey maze for the bi-annual cleanup. The work party happily weeded, pruned, and laid down mulch for the gardens and crusher dust for the pathways.
Cleanup coordinator Sue Armstrong noted, “The maze looks fantastic and is ready to welcome the children who will be delighted to find the hidden treasures. Thanks to all the volunteers.”
