Arrowhead Clubhouse marked Mental Illness Awareness Week on Oct. 5 by staging a flash mob outside the Sechelt Visitor Centre.
About 40 people took part in the event, joining participants across the country to create awareness and to fight the stigma surrounding mental illness.
