Thursday, Aug. 26, Harbourside Friendship welcomes the talented music man Ken Johnson to the gathering starting at 10:30 a.m. at the PH Community Hall. Bring your lunch for safe socializing after the performance.

To celebrate Ken Mellquist’s big birthday, the family is once again generously hosting a live music event on their dock Sunday, Aug. 29. More details to come.

Once again residents of the Harbour have suffered verbal assaults and property vandalism. Now, once again we must come together as a community to deal with these unjust, demoralizing, and costly attacks. Our own initiatives, communicating, community watch and reporting have been very effective in the past and I hope we will follow this path again to successfully deal with these offenders.

Stay safe, everyone. Contact me with your news at [email protected] for the Friday edition of the Coast Reporter.
