Roberts Creek Community Association (RCCA) president Cory Cassidy presents a cheque to this year’s bursary recipient, Ebba Nilsson-Lowes. Ebba graduated in June and will be entering Thompson Rivers University in the fall to study early childhood education. “Ebba has been a long-time RCCA volunteer, and exemplifies many of Roberts Creek’s ideals: community mindedness, environmentalism, and generosity,” the association said in an announcement. “We wish her the very best with her future endeavours!”
