Bingo is back, date set for Fall Faire

Harbourside Friendship on Thursday, Aug. 12, the fantastic duo Joan & Ted will entertain all of you who join this social gathering starting at 10:30 a.m. at the Hall. Bring a lunch and sit awhile after the performance.

For the dinner show Friday, Aug. 6, from 5 to 8 p.m. at The Clubhouse, Charlotte Winch will be there to entertain you. Sunday, The Burying Ground, 2 to 5 p.m., is an incredible musical treat. Thank you, Marilyn MacLeod! Do make reservations to avoid disappointment.

Visit the Community Gardens, a lovely place for a stroll, a quiet time to sit and chill or shop and eat some fine food. Visit Madeira Market, Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This quaint, artisans’ market always has new, interesting treasures at very attractive prices. Enjoy summertime family outdoor dining under the shady trees with delicious food from Tony’s Triple BBB’s Food Truck.

Mark your calendar folks, the date is set for Fall Faire 2021. Saturday, Oct. 2 is the big day hosted by the Pender Harbour Community Club. The Hall and Gardens will be full of traditional activities, contests, food stands, vendors, and musicians. More details to come.
