The Sunshine Coast Salmonid Enhancement Society is hosting its 20th annual Salmon and Auction Dinner at the Sechelt Seniors Activity Centre on Saturday, April 8 at 6 p.m.
The dinner is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Society, which enables the Chapman Creek Hatchery to continue to operate. Each year thousands of salmon are released on the Sunshine Coast.
This year the event will be hosted by Duane Burnett and Marilyn Monroe (Jenna Eros). A delicious salmon dinner will be catered by Lynn Grossutti of Green Planet Foods and Chef Aldo Cogrossi of Ruby Lake Resort, with a huge selection of silent auction and live auction items.
